Illustrator - Production Artist | CLOSED

Position Title: Illustrator – Production Artist

Reports to: Head of Content


Basic Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented artist that will give life to our digital tours through his / her original illustrations.


Your role

You will cooperate with our content dept. and authors on a daily basis! You will follow every digital tour from birth and you will be responsible for its illustration and promotional material. You will need to use the research conclusions for every tour and follow our authors’ advice in order to get inspired and create amazing illustrations!


To hold this position you will need to create high quality designs and illustrations combining your powerful creative and technical skills. You will need enough patience to study the research results and specs from our authors. You will need to pay attention to detail, so that you always create high quality illustrations that satisfy each tour’s special needs and combine modern illustration with historical compliance. We strive to host different tours! Each tour must have a character of its own and must be treated with special care!



  • Communicate with tours authors to specify design requirements for each tour
  • Prepare rough drafts according to requirements
  • Combine hand-drawing and painting with digital media to create complete illustrations
  • Follow up with tour authors to ensure they are excited with your designs!
  • Meet deadlines to ensure tours are published on time
  • Administer printing preparations and procedure
  • Ensure printing material and all deliverables are pixel perfect.
  • Refine designs with illustration software
  • Ensure that printed illustrations meet quality and color standards
  • Use various colors, graphics and effects to better visualize each concept
  • Format images using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Apply isometric techniques to add perspective to complex shapes
  • Brainstorm with the design team to come up with new ideas, patterns and styles
  • Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software


Must have

To take this job you will need

  1. Proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer or similar role
  2. Demonstrable portfolio of completed illustrations
  3. Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software
  4. Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
  5. Drawing skills with an attention to detail (both by hand and digital pen)
  6. Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
  7. Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines

B2B Sales Representative | OPEN

Position Title: B2B Sales Representative

Reports to: CCO


Basic Job Description:

The Sales representative will work with customers in the Tourism industry (in Greece and abroad) to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. He/she will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. He/she will often focus on inside sales, which typically involves “cold calling” for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients. He/she will have a combination of inside / outside sales job that will also include travel to destinations the company aims to expand.


Job Skills and Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly and clear way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Flexibility: You might have to work outside business hours with the appropriate reimbursement.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale and most importantly learn from this is crucial for this job.

Position Title: Historian – Content Creator

Basic Job Description:

Research, analyze, record, interpret the past as recorded in sources, such as government and  institutional records, newspapers and other periodicals, photographs, interviews, films, and unpublished manuscripts, such as personal diaries and letters. Then transform all information into themed cultural tours according to the storytelling methodology created by Clio Muse PC.

  • Organize data, and analyze and interpret its authenticity and relative significance.
  • Gather historical data from sources such as archives, court records, diaries, news files, and photographs, as well as collect data sources such as books, pamphlets, and periodicals.
