B2B Sales Representative | OPEN

Position Title: B2B Sales Representative

Reports to: CCO


Basic Job Description:

The Sales representative will work with customers in the Tourism industry (in Greece and abroad) to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. He/she will work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. He/she will often focus on inside sales, which typically involves “cold calling” for new clients while in an office setting, or outside sales, which involves visiting clients in the field with new or existing clients. He/she will have a combination of inside / outside sales job that will also include travel to destinations the company aims to expand.


Job Skills and Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly and clear way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product’s different features, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Flexibility: You might have to work outside business hours with the appropriate reimbursement.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale and most importantly learn from this is crucial for this job.
  • Motivation to grow: Our company keeps growing rapidly, creating new positions and hierarchy. We are looking for people who aim high and want to bring high-impact results.
  • Proficiency in English: Communication in the tourism industry requires excellent use of the English language.


Nice to have:

Experience in CRM and task management platforms

The sales representative must have worked in sales for the tourism industry. Experience in sales for tours and activities to Travel Agents / Tour Operators / Wholesalers / Online Travel Agencies / MICE will be preferred.

Position Title: Marketing Executive

Basic Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.


The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.


The goal is to reach out to the culture & tourism market and cultivate the customer’s interest (whether it’s a business customer or a user) in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.



  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

Historian - Content Creator | CLOSED

Position Title: Historian – Content Creator

Reports to: CEO


Basic Job Description:

Research, analyze, record, interpret the past as recorded in sources, such as government and  institutional records, newspapers and other periodicals, photographs, interviews, films, and unpublished manuscripts, such as personal diaries and letters. Then transform all information into themed cultural tours according to the storytelling methodology created by Clio Muse PC.


Job Duties and Tasks:

  • Organize data, and analyze and interpret its authenticity and relative significance.
  • Gather historical data from sources such as archives, court records, diaries, news files, and photographs, as well as collect data sources such as books, pamphlets, and periodicals.
  • Trace historical development in a particular field, such as social, cultural, political, or diplomatic history.
  • Conduct historical research as a basis for the identification, conservation, and reconstruction of historic places and materials.
  • Conduct research in colleges, universities, museums, and other research agencies and schools.
  • Conduct historical research, and publish or present findings and theories.
  • Prepare publications and exhibits, or review those prepared by others in order to ensure their historical accuracy.
